Happy bucks from Dan, Chris and Jackie. The Satellite Club is collecting personal care items for the FDL Foster Care bags. They would like to donate twenty five again this year. Joscelyn Deanovich/Dawn Scannell, Big Brothers/Big Sisters
Dawn filled in for Joscelyn and gave us all the up to date information about the BBBS bowling weekend. Dawn was on the Schenk Team. The Noon Club had two teams. There were two shifts on both Friday and Saturday. In addition to the bowlers, there were three lane sponsors per alley. The theme was Stars Wars. All total, they raised $90,000 for BBBS. Dawn volunteered to set up a Kiwanis Morning Team next year. Save the date for 2019. In preparation for that event, we have bowling with BBBS Littles on April 15th. Also if you like Mexican food, Casa de Tequila is offering a 10% rebate to BBBS on Monday night March 12th. For more information, go to www.bbbsfdl.org or call 922-8200.
