Shawn Pollack, Poco Pizza
Poco Pizza – From our farm to your freezer. Shawn set up his pizza store about a year ago. He tries to use ingredients from his family farm, local business Grande Cheese, and crust from Italy. They are all 12 inch pizzas that weigh about two pounds. You can go online to pre order for Saturday pick up or delivery every other Sunday depending on your zip code. In addition to the wood fired crusts, you can get thin crusts from Baker’s Quality Pizza Crusts from Waukesha. You can pick up your pre orders on Saturday from 10-6. You can also buy pizzas directly on Saturday from 10-6 in the store. You can watch Shawn on TedX as he was one of the speakers last year.
