Melissa Worthington, Lisa McArthur, and Bernadette Seefeld, Fond du Lac Works

Melissa, Lisa and Bernadette all work for the Fond du Lac Association of Commerce. They talked about different programs at the Association. They range from Fond du Lac works, which is working on the skilled shortage. Other programs are Lemonade Day, Career Academy, Youth Apprenticeship, Project Grill and many more. The ideas are mainly to help replace the retiring boomers in the work force.
