A Storytelling Experience You’ll Never Forget

Monday Morning

There were 15 members at Monday’s meeting. Steve and Gary were the greeters. Harry did the grace. Steve had the humor. Bonnie had a happy buck for all the help with wrist band stand at the Fair. John for a great job for Melissa Schmidt’s seven days of marathons, and Harry for a great vacation. We are going to the Dock Spiders on July 30th. You can still purchase tickets at the door. Check your calendar, Gary Miller is working on an interclub to West Bend. The date is August 8th. Details will follow.  Sharon was winner and loser. She drew the Ace of Diamonds. There are still 34 cards with a pot of $195.00.  We received twelve jars of peanut butter and six jars of jelly for the Salvation Army Brown Bag Program. In addition the Satellite Club donated $100 to the program. Remember that we have a Kiwanis web page and Facebook. If you are on Facebook, you can like our page.

New Officers Installed

The 2012 Kiwanis of Fabulous Fond du Lac Officers

The Kiwanis of Fabulous Fond du Lac recently installed new officers as they looked back over the previous year of making a difference in the lives of children in Fond du Lac and the world. Gary Ring led the ceremonies as his last formal duty as club president before passing the baton to Marlin Towne who will lead the club for the coming year. The highlight of the night was honoring Jan Krug as Kiwanian of the Year for her tireless efforts in promoting and maintaining the organization’s goals and fundraising. We look forward to a new year as we continue our efforts making a difference in the lives of children all over the world. All officers and directors

Congratulations and thanks to Jan Krug, our 2012 Kiwanian of the Year
