Boating Is for Everyone

Monday Morning

There were 18 members plus one guest at our Monday meeting.   Juliana Senfft was our speaker. Dave Krug was our greeter. Mark had the grace. Charlene had the humor. Happy bucks came from Dan, Glen,  and Dawn. Dave Lefeber was a winner and non- winner. He drew the two of hearts. We still have 30 cards, 5 winners and a pot of $280.00.   Dan thanked everyone for their support at Trinity Baptist School “Soup Up”. Side note – Del is at home and loves visitors. He will have leg surgery on March 17th. West Bend German night is March 28th.   Gary will host an interclub at Ripon Morning Club next Wednesday. Sign up with Gary next Monday. Juliana Senfft,The Sailing Education Association of Sheboygan

SEAS, a nonprofit, was formed in 2012. They offer a number of sailing program including lessons for blind, visually impaired and ALS. They promote sailing on Lake Michigan. They offer Match Sailing Races with no sighted guides. They will have a Visually Impaired tournament June 23rd to 25th. Their Adaptive Sailing Weekend is on July 7th & 9th. They offer community rental boating, First Sail, and other classes/workshops.
